尊敬的各位老师/同事： 加州大学戴维斯分校(UC Davis)医学中心Yuanpei Li教授课题组因课题需要急需药理学研究方向的博士后若干，烦请推荐优秀的候选人。专业不限，基本要求如下：1) 热爱科研工作、，具有事业心和责任感，能够吃苦耐劳；2) 具有药物开发的相关经验，能够建立筛选平台和方法；3) 掌握良好的生物学/药理学实验技能，能够完成候选化合物作用机制的验证和探索、完成动物实验。 能够尽快入职者优先录取。 Yuanpei Li教授致力于抗肿瘤药物的相关研究。经过5年的快速发展，实验室已经积累了一大类具有良好抗肿瘤活性的药物候选化合物、纳米材料等，亟需开展后续研究。Li group成员具有不同学科背景，交流与工作氛围良好。依托UC Davis良好的大型仪器平台，具有开展高水平研究工作的潜力。实验室经费充足，能够保障研究顺利、高效的进行；同时，鼓励自主探索，如开发药物/材料的新功能、寻找新靶点等。 Li group 同样欢迎访问学者/学生的申请和到来。 UC Davis Medical Center位于加州首府Sacramento，风景优美、物价低廉，科研与生活两不误。欢迎青年才俊来此大展拳脚！ A postdoctoral researcher and/or Assistant Project Scientist position Multiple postdoctoral researcher positions are available immediately in the collaborative Cancer Nanomedicine & Drug Development Program between the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine and NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of California, Davis. This is a multidisciplinary research program focusing on the design, development and clinical translation of novel nanomedicine platforms and new drugs for the treatment of cancer and other diseases. The program is closely collaborating with the world class UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, Comprehensive Cancer Center and Center for Genomic and Molecular Imaging. The position offers competitive salary and benefits. The successful candidates will have the opportunities to work with world renowned experts in cancer biology, PK/PD, pharmacology, cancer nanotechnology, immunology and molecular imaging to rapidly translate innovations from bench to bedside. The program is funded by multiple NIH grants and the wet lab setup is appropriate for the synthesis and characterization of new drugs and novel nanomaterials, drug development/screening, molecular biology and cell biology, multiple types of animal experiments, PK/PD and immunology. Multiple types of NMR, HPLC, MS, LC-MS, optical imaging, MRI, SPECT, micro-PET & PET/MRI, metabolomics, genomics, lipidomics and proteomics instruments are available). The program is now expanding and inviting applications from candidates who have a recent PhD and strong expertise in at least one of the following fields: Pharmacology and toxicology, Cancer immunology, Cancer biology, Medicinal chemistry, or Drug delivery.
