 Our research group at Singapore Management University, Kyushu University, and Nanyang Technological University has multiple Ph.D. (Scholarship) and postdoc positions available and would like to invite all interested candidates for application. The topic of the research includes trustworthy AI (developing theories, methods, tools as well as certification standards and development processes for AI systems), software testing (autonomous vehicle testing, game testing, fuzzing, etc.), verification, program analysis, neuron computing, adversarial attack & defense. The tentative candidate would work in Singapore or Japan are well equipped with powerful GPU (40+) servers, drones, autonomous cars and etc. The position involves conducting basic research, developing tools, working as part of a large research team, traveling, giving presentations, having exciting chances of industrial collaborations with top top-tier industrial software systems and AI players. The working language is English. Apart from the specific requirement to the topic, general candidate requirements are: - Strong motivation for a successful personal career. - A strong background in one or multiple related areas of SE, PL, AI, Security, Control, Robotics, CV, Speech, NLP, BCI, Bioinformatics. - Strong background in math and logic. - Strong programming and communication skills The term is currently starting from January 2022 or Later. The salary is 4k to 10k SGD or equivalent JPY per month, and much higher could be discussed based on the candidate's expertise.
