[交流] Postdoc and PhD positions in flexible sensors and soft robotics at UConn 已有2人参与

Postdoc and PhD positions are available in Wang Research lab (https://www.wangresearchlab.com) in the Department of Materials Science and
Engineering (MSE) and the Institute of Materials Science (IMS) at the University of Connecticut (UConn).

Research: Both postdoc and PhD positions are available in two areas of interest. 1) Electronic sensors, with an emphasis on soft, flexible
electronics including but not limited to pressure, conductivity, and temperature sensors. Candidates with experiences in microfabrication and/or
circuit design are preferred. 2) Soft robotics including underwater robotics. Candidates with experiences in the design and control of robotics are preferred.

Postdoc positions:
Start date: Available starting on May 1st, open until filled.

About Professor Wang:
Dr. Xueju (Sophie) Wang is currently an Assistant Professor in MSE and IMS at UConn. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering
at the Georgia Institute of Technology and did her postdoc with Prof. John A. Rogers at Northwestern University. Her current research group
focuses on the design and development of flexible electronic sensors and soft robotics for various applications. Her recent works have been
published in journals including Nature Communications, PNAS, Science Advances, and Advanced Materials.
