| 本人投了一篇文章，要求大修，有个审稿人提出让我通过PLS-DA模型来分析每个组中哪些成分含量高，哪些成分含量低，以下是审稿人的原话：How many classes did you create for PLS-DA. When we conduct PLS-DA analysis, we aim to find metabolite markers for each class. To reach the aim, we cannot rely only to VIP value, you can check the coefficient value for each class. You can create table and put which metabolotes are positive (means abundant) and which one are negative (means less) in each class.
