APL期刊中cover letter 如何写

| 小弟想往APL上投一篇论文，在投稿的时候发现，要求有cover letter。但是没找到cover letter 的要求。担心各个期刊不一样，所以请教一下在APL上投过论文的朋友，这个cover letter 如何写？需要写多长，有哪些要点。如果能提供一个样板，那就最好了。多谢多谢！ |
