关于英文文章发表的问题

论文被接收后，出版社发来如下信件，我知道是要选择出版形式，但是由于第一次投稿，对那些不了解，请大家帮帮忙，主要是以下加粗部分帮我看看。回答正确者将继续追加金币。 Dear Author, Thank you for publishing with Springer.
