【请教】用荧光光度计做共振光散射时，强度是怎么计算的？

本人用的荧光光度计的强度单位是CPS（数值可达好几万），还有一个光源的强度单位是MicroAmps（数值为0.00-0.1） the intensities of PRLS (IPRLS) were measured at 566.0nm with the PMT working voltage of 400V and the slit width of 5.0nmfor both excitation and emission monochromators. 这个方法又是怎么回事？ 谢谢 |
