Use it sparingly and judiciously, after making YOURSELF a serious effort to answer your question. Remember that there is no better teacher than oneself. It may be painful to teach / learn from oneself, but a self-taught thing is learnt forever (not to mention your local mentors, senior colleagues, etc) 1)对于初学者，不要认为这里是一个无限的、免费的资源库。应当节约而有效的利用这里的资源。记住，你自己是最好的老师。或许自己教自己比较痛苦，但是只有自己习得的知识才能够永远被自己掌握。 2) For the not-so-young - Many of the questions asked on this forum are general enough to be answered by any knowledgeable senior graduate student /young postdoc. 论坛上多数的问题是比较普通的，有经验的研究生是可以回答的。 Please, give back to this community by keeping the discussion alive without forcing the same 3-4 people to give all the advice that is requested here. 请跟多的人积极参与论坛的讨论，而不是始终是那3-4个人在回答所有的问题。 3) For the bravest.
