【求助】如何用荧光分光光度计测定溶液的共振瑞利散射光谱啊？

请问如何用荧光分光光度计扫描体系的共振瑞利散射光谱？ 文献中都是说以λex=λem进行同步扫描。 那是在任意波长处都可以吗？ 另外荧光分光光度计固定了激发波长后，发射波长是一个范围，如何才能取一个固定的发射波长啊？ [ Last edited by frances9370 on 2009-8-4 at 08:35 ] |

The light scattering signalswere obtained by scanning synchronously (激发波长=等于发射波长) the excitation and emission monochromators of the F-4500 fluorescence spectrofluorometer from 300.0 to 750.0 nm, and the intensities of PRLS (IPRLS) were measured at 566.0nm with the PMT working voltage of 400V and the slit width of 5.0nmfor both excitation and emission monochromators. 固定波长的共振光散射没做过，搭车同问！ |
