在线等：急问electronic reprint order form 及author query form 如何填写？

昨天，收到了一篇外文的校正稿。编辑要求再48小时之内，将修改后的校正稿及author query form 一并发给他。因自己是首次遇到这种问题，时间已经一多半了，可还没有填好。无奈，只好求助高手了！ 编辑给我发的文件包括electronic reprint order form 、Metadata of the article that will be visualized in OnlineFirst、Author Query Form、论文proof四部分内容。论文proof自己已经改好，想请教各位余下三部分如何处理。 一、electronic reprint order form After publication of your journal article, electronic (PDF) reprints may be purchased by arrangement with Springer and Aries Systems Corporation. 接下来是作者、期刊论文、购买数量等一些空格。 该部分用不用管他？怎么处理？ 二、Metadata of the article that will be visualized in OnlineFirst 该部分好像不用管他。 三、Author Query Form Dear Author, During the preparation of your manuscript for typesetting, some questions have arisen. These are listed below. Please check your typeset proof carefully and mark any corrections in the margin of the proof or compile them as a separate list. This form should then be returned with your marked proof/list of corrections to spr_corrections1@sps.co.in Disk use 有几个选项，选项前还有空格。需要选择吗？ Bibliography 也有几个选项。如何处理？ Queries and/or remarks 怎么处理？ 谢谢了！在线急等！！！ |
