请教投稿时的几个问题：materials and design

1.参考文献为一个API标准时，怎么写参考文献的格式！在guide for authors里没找到有这样的格式说明。 2.Place footnotes to tables below the table body and indicate them with superscript lowercase letters. Avoid vertical rules. Be sparing in the use of tables and ensure that the data presented in tables do not duplicate results described elsewhere in the article. 这句话怎么理解？ 3.figures 是以TIFF形式上传，figure captions是不是以word形式上传的，而且是在figures之后？ |
