【求助完毕】求助翻译两段话[截止日期2009年8月8日]

在样品腔内和压砧砧面的侧面各放一个热电偶,其中压砧侧面的热电偶与温控仪相连,在加温的过程中,控制温控仪,使其温度按每100℃依次增加,同时测量样品腔内的热电偶的温度。通过对比两个热电偶的温度获得每个实验温度点下的温度差,在每一个温度点上重复测量5次,取其平均值。 绝热问题直接影响到加温的稳定性,由于外加温所用的小电炉一般功率很小,即使满负荷运行也是生热有限,如果整套装置的绝热不好,则小电炉产生的热量会很快传递给cell下面的底座和转台,致使样品很难达到很高的温度。 专业词汇: 样品腔 sample hole 压砧 anvil 热电偶 thermocouple 温控仪 temperature controller [ Last edited by qingshaojun0823 on 2009-8-19 at 11:07 ] |

puting a thermocouple to the inside of the sample hole and the side of anvil, and the thermcouple on the side of anvil connect with temperature controller which control the temperature of temperature controller temperature rising at 100 in turn on the heating and test the temperature of the thermocouple inside sample hole simultaneously. we can get the temperature difference of each experient temperature by comparing the temperture of this two themocouples , repeat measure 5 times at each temperature and then get the average. Adiathermance affect the stability of processing directly, because of the low power of outside warming electric range which produce limited heat even at oepration at full load. so if the adiathermance of the unit is bad, the heat produced by electric range pass to nether base and turntable soon result in the sample temperature reaching high temperature diffciculty. |

Two thermocouples were put inside of the sample hole and the side of anvil, respectively. The thermocouple on the side of anvil connected with the temperature controller. During the heating process, the temperature was controlled to increase with 100℃ as a gradient. Meanwhile, the temperature of the sample hole was measured. The difference of these temperatures was measured five times at every temperature point. The final value was the average of them. The adiathermancy affected the stability of processing directly. Because of the low power of outside heating jacket, the heat quantity was little although it worked at full load operation. Therefore, the heat of the jacket would transfer to the base and turntable under the sample soon. So, the temperature reached the high level difficultly. 大体改了一下,希望有所提高 |
