[求助] 求助大佬们一个问题，主编回的邮件里有两点不太明白

我再annals of surgical oncology上的文章主编要求大修，其中有两点不太明白，请教一下大佬们

第一个意思应该是在投稿系统中删掉原始手稿上传新手稿
那第二句的意思是什么啊？是还要上传一份手稿，然后高亮修改的部分？
