nutrient agar with 30% added sucrose and kept in anaerobic jar showed mat growth on all dilution and only the 10th dilution plates showed plentiful tiny white sticky amber shaped colonies.


sub-culturing two bacteias in the same medium was futile, and third sub-culture slants showed no growth. attempts were made to separete these bacteria anaerobically with no success.

this was also dicussed at length at the time of negotiations.

再修改下几句
1.反应启动的正确原因还有待阐明。
3.在厌氧培养罐中的添加30%蔗糖的琼脂培养基在所有稀释（浓度）显示出mat(是否写错）生长，并且只有在第十块稀释平板上出现足量的白色粘稠的琥珀状菌落。
5.这（问题、方案等）在谈判协商中也被详细讨论。
