OE 修改稿中要不要标注？？

OE投稿后编辑回信如下， 没有弄清楚：是不是返回的修改稿应该标注出修改的地方，还是只需要在给编辑的复信中讲明修改稿中改的地方？ 第一次投OE 迷迷糊糊不太了解，求那位过来人给指点指点，不胜感激。 下面是编辑的回信，帮忙给分析下。 —————————— Dear Mr. XX: Your manuscript can be accepted for publication in Optics Express provided that you address the reviewer concerns. The reviews are appended below. It is the policy of Optics Express to allow only one manuscript revision. Thus it is important that you include as part of your resubmission a statement with detailed responses to all of the reviewer points, and where all the changes that have been made to the manuscript are clearly indicated. Of course, you may not agree with the reviewers on every point; in this case, your responses and reasoning should be clearly presented. You may type your statement directly into the designated comment text box provided online or you may copy and paste text into it. You can also upload your statement as a separate file. Please note that resubmissions will not be considered if this statement is not included. If your paper is accepted, you will not have another opportunity to submit additional content revisions. OSA cannot make any changes your manuscript once it appears on E-first. The production editor has reviewed your manuscript to ensure that it adheres to the style guidelines of Optics Express. The notes below will advise you of any required format changes. Submit your revised manuscript via the Optics Express online system at https://eweb.osa.org/eweb/LoginD ... ?event=author.start Be sure to upload the native file, such as Word with embedded figures, or tar gzipped TeX with .eps figures.
