现在状态是editor invited？

7月24号投稿，适逢双休日，所以28号才给了manuscript number 现在状态是editor invited 邮箱了顺便给出了如下的话： I will be sending your manuscript out for review shortly, and will notify you concerning the decision as soon as possible following receipt of all of the review comments. The normal review period is approximately three to four months. 是说明很快就被送外审吗？ |
