【求助】如何判断XPS仪器的分辨率

我是做电化学的，对材料测试仪器不太懂，特来请教。 文献中：XPS measurements were performed at room temperature with monochromatic AlKα radiation (1486.6 eV) using a PHI Quantum 2000 system (40 W, 200 μm spot size, 0.1 eV resolution) and a Kratos Axis HS spectrometer (225 W, 2 mm spot size, 0.1 eV resolution). 我是用同一台仪器测试：This system used a focused monochromatic aluminum Kα X-ray (1486.6 eV) source。 The X-ray beam was a 100-W, 100-mm-diameter beam rastered over a 1.3-mm by 0.2 mm area on the sample. High-energy photoemission spectra were collected using a pass energy of 23.95 eV. For the Ag3d5/2 line, these conditions produced an FWHM of 0.80 eV。 我想知道的是：在当前的测试条件下：XPS的能量分辨率是多少？ 谢谢！ |
