看文献发现一篇文章以聚丙烯酰胺修饰不同比例的肽、麦芽糖和己基 通过核磁计算出聚合物上修饰的肽含量 竟然能够计算出聚合物单位面积上的肽含量 原文： Using 1H NMR peaks characteristic to each type of chain in the on the backbone (peptide, hexyl, or primary amine), the percentage of amines coupled to a peptide ligands were calculated for the 50%, 75%, and 100% RGD surfaces.
