First, ZnO NWs were grown on carbon cloth (WOS1002, 2.5 cm*0.7 cm*360 μm) by a wet chemical process. Briefly, carbon cloth was first soaked in 0.5 M KMnO4 for 30 min to form a seed layer. A precursor 100 mL solution was prepared with 0.015 M of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 0.015 M of hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) added with 4 mL of ammonia. The seeded carbon cloth substrates were dipped into the precursor solution then placed under 90℃ for 24 h. After the wet chemical process, ZnO NWs were grown on the carbon cloth. 想问一下里面用高锰酸钾泡30分钟，得到一个种子层，然后需要清洗烘干吗，还是直接放进下一步的硝酸锌溶液中呢，求指教 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
