[求助] IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification（TTE）投稿

小弟最近在IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification期刊投了一篇论文，得到的结果是大修（major revision）邮件提到“When submitting your revised manuscript, you will be able to respond to the comments made by the reviewer(s) in the space provided. You can use this space to document any changes you make to the original manuscript. In order to expedite the processing of the revised manuscript, please be as specific as possible in your response to the reviewer(s).”
大修时需要提交两个文档吗（一个是手稿另外一个是回复信）？
有没有大佬在这个期刊投过，能把大修后流程及重修后的流程介绍一下吗？
