| please provide proper references for assigning si xps peaks. without references, the assignment of si xps region to 4 peaks may come across as arbitrary. also, please specify the criteria for simulating the peaks, in terms of peak fwhm or ratio during peak modeling. as you can imagine, any profile can be modeled by assigning multiple peaks, so a clear explanation of modeling process is required to justify 4 peaks. 第三句话，不太理解，麻烦大佬解释一下 |
