英国博后养老金可以不交吗 已有9人参与

各位大佬好， 马上去英国做博后了，看到一个学校发的养老金的通知，学校会自动从工资里面扣除一定的养老金，我看了一下，每个月大概200多磅。学校说可以不交，自己的选择，但是一般默认都是要交的。 本人没有在英国长居的计划，毕业计划回国。请问各位，这种情况下，养老金可以不买吗？ 或者，买英国养老金值不值，能带来哪些好处；如果不买，有哪些潜在风险和不便吗？ 谢谢！ |

可以不交。但是第一个月是默认的，必须开通USS。然后才能提交申请取消。我猜可能是给你建一个账户先。据说取消很快。 参看文献：USS Information Sheet for New Employees March2020 Full details about USS can be found on the scheme website, www.uss.co.uk The attached leaflet, ‘Seven good reasons to be a member of USS’ provides summary information. uss是非常好的养老计划，你交一份 大学给你交超过两份。如果你不交，这200多镑也差不多交20%的税，因为这个养老金是税钱扣除，然后再交税。如果你还没有百分百确定几年后就回国，那建议你交，而且就算离开 等到你退休了的年纪这个养老金还是可以发给你。 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
