求助大神，MDPI的materials审稿意见，在线等

如题，各位大神指教，第一次投materials，一路审稿走来，磕磕绊绊，现在有两个审稿意见回来，不知道大家是怎么看出来审稿人的态度的（经常看到有的人说一个接受一个拒稿之类的），我把两个审稿人评价挂出来，大家帮忙看下 审稿人1 Yes Can be improved Must be improved Not applicable Does the introduction provide sufficient background and include all relevant references?
