这样是直接被拒稿了吗，为啥有的同学被拒稿了继续投同一个期刊最后还接受了，我这种情况还可以继续投同个期刊吗？？ [图片]As you can see, the reviewer(s) have some major concerns about the paper. With this in view, we have to prioritize papers that we publish and some good quality articles sometimes cannot be accommodated.
