谁投过Asian Journal of Chemistry（亚洲化学）这个杂志？？

Asian Journal of Chemistry 投这个杂志是不是必须是杂志的订阅者？？？ 投稿收费吗？ 都需要准备什么东西？ 谢谢 Authors will have to pay Rs. 300.00 (Euro 20.00) per printed page as printing charges which will entitle them to receive 20 free reprints (and electronic reprints in PDF format on request through e-mail free of cost) of their article.
