看不懂审稿人这个问题，求助~

大家好，论文评审意见回来了，但有个审稿意见看不懂，来求教 "The actual shelf life of wet SN at 25 ℃ was 18.12 weeks". Please clarify according which parameter you define "the actual". The overall acceptability, as I understand, is a sensory panel concept. On the other hand, the microbial growth limit is a safety law concept. Since the shelf life predicted values are very close (within 20% error) for both the parameters we may argue that microbial deterioration is fast and strong enough to hide any other aspect (textural etc.) that may compromise the shelf life? Please comment in the text. 背景：研究的是货架期储藏模型和实际货架期之间的差别，预测货架期模型的参数主要有微生物生长和感官评定两个参数。 备注：前半段看懂了，要我补充说明actual shelf life的判定参数是哪个。后半段的意思有点看不懂。说是“基于这两个参数的货架期预测值与实际货架期很接近，那么我们可以认为微生物腐败是快速且强大并足以掩盖其他层面（如质构）可能对货架期造成的影响吗？” 我的问题是，overall acceptability和microbial growth limit都是影响货架期的因素（虽然微生物生长影响了感官），那为啥审稿人觉得“microbial deterioration is fast and strong enough to hide any other aspect (textural etc.) ”呢？我该如何在文中修改呢？ 请大家赐教，非常感谢！！！！ |
