三个审稿人都同意修改后发表编辑却给拒了，还有希望吗？

本人投递的一片生物大分子，三个审稿人都同意修改之后发表，而编辑却给拒掉了，如何是好啊，如果我认真修改再投递还有希望吗？ We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept your manuscript for publication in Biomacromolecules. The results of the reviewers are mixed. Aside from the positive comments of one of the reviewers, we are particularly concerned by the low ratings given by two of the reviewers in regard to the overall importance of your manuscript to the field of biomacromolecules and the novelty of research reported. In addition, one of the reviewers gave low ratings in regard to the interest to scientists working in the field of biomacromolecules and the focus of the manuscript on the interface of polymer science and biological sciences. Also, two of the reviewers considered that your conclusions were not adequately supported by the data presented and the compounds reported were not adequately characterized. I am sorry to have to convey this decision to you. Nevertheless, we appreciate your choice of Biomacromolecules as a possible forum for presentation of your work and would be happy to consider other manuscripts from your laboratory Reviewer: 1 Recommendation: Publication in any form would be premature at this time.
