投稿，投的是ChemistrySelect, 今天编辑给了send back to author, 里边主要是关于这方面的，这样写的“A statement that the experiments were approved by a pertinent national, local, or institutional ethical committee. Provide the approval or accreditation number of the laboratory, project, or investigator. If your country/institute does not provide such accreditation numbers, please mention this. If no such rules or permission are stipulated in your country, this must also be mentioned. ”
想问一下，这个statement自己写一个就行吗？还是要那种官方的？请前辈指点一下
