[求助]急！！有谁最近中过Polymer engineering and science嘛？有问题请教

1. 投稿的时候main manuscript 最后是不是要包含单独一页的 Figure captions? 2. 投稿的时候image直接上传嘛，要不要先贴入word文档？table 呢？ 请高手帮我看看下面的内容，谢谢！！！ Dear Prof. xx: >The content of your revised paper xxx is accepted for publication. However, before I can send it to the publisher, I need the following corrections: >(1) Figures must be submitted separately, each as a separate file. Acceptable formats are Photoshop (.TIF) and Illustrator (.EPS). Number each figure in the file name. In the revision, do not include the figure pages that are currently in the main Word document. Only the set of figures in TIFF or EPS format should appear in the revised manuscript. > >IMPORTANT: Crop close to the image for the best results and do not include the figure number or caption within the image area. When you upload your figures, a File Details screen will appear. On this screen, place both the figure number AND caption in the Caption field ONLY so that it will appear on the image in the .pdf proof. > >Please use formatting for the figures that utilizes 600 dpi resolution as a minimum. > >Additionally, go to the Files Details screen for each figure file and move the Figure number from the File Tags field to the Captions field (with the complete caption) so that the Figure number appears on the Figure proof page. When uploading a new file, this File Details screen will automatically open for Image files. If you have files that are not being revised, click on the Edit button for each of those files when you are on the Manuscript submission step for File Upload. > >(2) Please make sure that all labels and legends in figures and images are clearly visitble. > >Please note that these changes are required, and we will not entertain multiple revisions in which these changes are not made. > >Please submit a revised paper at your earliest convenience so that I may get your paper in line for publication. lsf2000_2000(金币+5,VIP+0):谢谢你的指点，我后来明白了我以前中过一篇jps，然后他要求是把图放进单独的word文档，我在投PES的时候也是把图放进了单独的word上传，结果不对，应该直接上传图，呵呵，有点想当然了 7-31 08:40

我最近中过一篇。。不过六个月后才能见版。。我都毕业一个月了。。哎，，慢的很。。 首先我要中肯的批评你，这么简单的英文，应该自己能看得懂吧？？不然还投什么英文论文？？？？ 具体要求是这样的。。主文档（main manuscript）中不应该包括任何图片及表格。。换句话说，你把你写好的全文将所有图片和表格删掉。。然后在文档的最后加一页标题为FIGURE CAPTION 对于你的数据类型的图片应该全部转化成TIF或者EPS格式，当然了，它对分辨率的要求是很高的。。你可以直接在Origin中将其输出为图片，选择TIF格式即可，dpi 应该选择最高的值，不过记得要勾选压缩哦。。不然图片很大的。。对于电镜照片你最好采用PS处理，照片上的标尺或者文字等等都应该裁切调，然后自己添加标尺。。然后将其转化成TIF格式即可，记得压缩哦！ 对于表格，应该单独占一个word文档，一表占一个。。文件名命为Table 1.... 然后按顺序上传即可。。其它的自己看看上面的说明。。或者先试着上传一次，，预览后不好的话，删掉重新上传。。。 |
