我投一篇关于机械传动系统多目标优化的文章到advances in engineering software被编辑拒稿并建议了3个期刊。请问各位大佬这种情况是我的论文质量太差还是真的不符合期刊范围。这篇文章接下来是应该投编辑推荐的期刊还是投差一些的期刊。下面是编辑的拒稿回复： Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Advances in Engineering Software.
