Technical reports与paper的区别，Minor revised之后被判定为Technical reports 已有1人参与

最近以paper形式提交了一篇论文到JINST，评审意见是Minor revised，修回后编辑给意见判定为Technical reports接收，不太了解Technical reports和paper区别；修回后才跟我说，我心理也有点不爽，虽然我论文很水。 编辑回复： Dear Dr ~~~~, We would like to inform you that the editor-in-charge is ready to accept the above preprint as a Technical Report rather than a Paper. According to JINST policy, technical reports are reports on innovative technical achievements related to topics covered by JINST. The emphasis is not necessarily on novelty or on scientific value but rather on relevance to the community. 另外期刊的Technical reports会在左上角标注： |
