If the Journal Publishing Agreement is not returned before publication of your article, we will proceed with publication on the explicit understanding that we have all the rights customarily included in a license, including the exclusive right to publish and use the article in all media. 我先前在通过他给的连接签过在网上填写了确定出版的表格是不是这个就是出版协议呀? |
