under review 3个月，要不要催稿

投了一篇energy conversion and management. 投稿时系统自动回复说要至少7个月才有消息。目前under review已经三个月，是不是应该催一下？ 系统回复如下： Thank you for submitting the paper entitled "****" to “****” for consideration.
