under review 3个月，要不要催稿

投了一篇energy conversion and management. 投稿时系统自动回复说要至少7个月才有消息。目前under review已经三个月，是不是应该催一下？ 系统回复如下： Thank you for submitting the paper entitled "****" to “****” for consideration. Accordingly, the paper has been recorded in the “****” System for “****” and forwarded to the Editor who will process the paper. If the Editor has any questions or requests, he will provide details later. Please realise that as this is a peer-reviewed Journal, all reviewers are doing their work on a strictly voluntary basis.
