物质文化是组织文化的一个重要组成部分，也是组织文化存在和发展的基础。新时期高校物质文化建设是高校组织文化建设的前提和基础。本文针对当前我国高校组织文化建设的现状展开分析并试图探索新时期高校物质文化建设的有效途径，旨在为高校物质文化建设做一些有益的探索。
