D - This paper needs a major revision before acceptance. In particular, the authors should consider the following comments:
Comment This is a good piece of work and there seems to be quite some ideas. The topic is also interesting. However, this is not reflected in the paper.

The writing is a problem and another is the literature review. No recent international papers to refer to? Carrying out a more extensive literature search and refer to some of the discussion there. This could serve as good motivation and the research/contribution could be more convincing.

Paper title is not clear.
Very fuzzy abstract (e.g. "to illustrate the above problems", which are the above problems??!!)
The aim, objectives of the paper are ambiguous, not clear.
Poor descriptions, and explanations and full absence or lack of some concept definitions and mathematic formulas (Zi is used but not defined in Player section. Ai is used but not defined in section Payoff).
Conceptual mistakes and confusion in use of words
The usefulness and the research result of the paper is ambiguous
Some assumptions are not grounded adequately
Conclusions are obscure if not absent
