请问有人知道投稿scripta materialia被拒后修改再投，如何获得再投许可吗？ 已有2人参与

近期投稿scripta materialia，显示状态为send back to author，详细内容如下： Thank you for your submission to Scripta Materialia. This appears to be the resubmission of a paper processed and rejected by XXX, but it is not clear to us that he has approved the resubmission. (Please see the section titled, "Rebuttals" in the Guide for Authors regarding this requirement.) If you have already received approval to resubmit, please return this with some indication of Prof. XXX's communication. If you have not yet received approval from your processing editor to resubmit, please either remove this submission, or hold it and return it once the approval has been obtained. 这篇文章之前投过一次被拒，编辑没有说可不可以再投。现在修改再投，提示需要提供当初的编辑同意再投的证明。我在作者须知里没有看到rebuttals的相关说明，请问相关信息从哪里可以找到？是否是我需要再给当初的编辑发一封邮件获得再投许可？有大神知道吗？最近很着急这个事情，在这里求助大家了！感谢各位！🌹🌹🌹 |
