| This manuscript is written in a very abnormal way of English presentation that was rarely seen in my past review experiences. This manuscript is almost unreadable due to its poor English writing. Even though I've tried hard to understand its content, I did find myself having difficulty to get more ideas about this manuscript. I do believe this paper cannot be accepted for review in its current form of presentation. |
