送审后拒稿能否再投 已有7人参与

投了一个二区期刊，编辑这样说的： Based on the two reviews provided below, I have determined, regrettably, that your manuscript is rejected and will not be considered further in EES. As you will see from the comments, Reviewer #1 was particularly negative about the work and recommended rejection. While reviewer #2 was somewhat more positive, the comments from Reviewer #1 must be given greater weight in light of the issues that they have raised, including the suggestion that additional experimentation may be needed. I thank you for considering EES as a publication venue and hope that the reviewer's comments will prove helpful as you consider your manuscript for publication in another journal 其中一个审稿人提了二十多个问题拒了，另一个审稿人没说说明大问题同意接收。 编辑已经明确说了将不作进一步考虑，但老师让我认真回复意见以后继续投这个期刊，说好不容易另一个审稿人没什么大意见，而且第一个审稿人只看了文章的一半内容，另一半重要的内容他没提，这些内容可以解释他提出的很多问题。 不知道要不要按老师说的认真回复意见修改以后继续投这个期刊？ |
