| 我对木材进行了水、1%NaOH以及苯-乙醇联合抽提。每个步骤抽提了6h。木块尺寸为长10cm、宽和厚均为1cm。SCI审稿人对此提出了疑问：Do you realize that most extractions of wood are carried out on finely ground wood, not wood blocks? Do you really expect to remove extractives from a wood block in 6 hours? There are studies where wood cores/blocks are extracted with organic solvents, but this is done over a couple weeks (not hours) to address diffusion issues with the extractives needing to travel from the inside of the block, to the liquid solvent outside the block. 当初选择时间的想法是估计到1%NaOH会对半纤维素、纤维素和木质素产生降解作用。所以就没有抽提太长时间。但现在我不知道该怎么回答审稿人的疑问，求大佬指点！！ |
