[交流] 谁投过analytical sciences？文章终于被接收了。谁知道发给编辑什么？

原文是这样的：
This letter is asking you to prepare the final version of your
manuscript and to submit it together with an e-file also containing
the manuscript.  The final ms, together is requested to be sent to us
within 3 weeks  so as to be ready for publication in
the October issue or later of the journal.

Please send us
  (1) one hard copy by airmail to the JSAC office and
  (2) a word-file and a pdf-file by e-mail to analytsci@jsac.or.jp

While saving the manuscript, please refer to our editorial comments.
Though the comments you see in the text concern English expressions as
well as style & arrangement of the journal, it is our pleasure if they
might be of help in improving the manuscript.  After amending the
manuscript, finally, indicate, please, where figures and/or tables
should be inserted on the right margin of the text with a pencil.

Upon receiving the e-file and manuscript, we will proceed with the
processing immediately.

谁在analytical sciences上发过文章啊？能不能告诉我该发给编辑什么？要通过airmail发一个打印稿，在打印稿上用铅笔标出图表要插入的位置？Word和PDF里面就不用标出图表的位置了？文章里还要给图表留出空吗？
