呵呵~ Numerical simulation of reverse cut out was performed on three T-shape profile extrusion die with different transition sections to obtain T-shape profile extrusion dies, as well as velocity field and pressure field distribution of melting polymers. The results showed no correlations between extruded shape and passage shape. Also, wider passage had better extrusion flow rate and more evenly distributed pressure than at right angles passage. |
