However, only one ?dose of fenvalerate (30 mg/kg) was tested without any reference index and there was no dose-response ?relationship. In addition, I see little scientific contribution in this manuscript. Under these conditions, I ?cannot recommend publication of this manuscript in TOXICOLOGY.? Reviewer #2 1. The authors used 30 mg/kg to dose the animals. However, they did not specify the rationale and how relevant the dose to epidemiologic exposure. 2.While the study focuses on male toxicity, it would strengthen this manuscript by presenting some data from female offspring, particularly those from the same dams. ¹ØÓÚÕâÖÖũҩµÄÈËȺ±©Â¶¼ÁÁ¿µÄÁ÷µ÷×ÊÁÏÎÒһֱûÕÒµ½£¬ËùÒÔËûÃÇÌáµÄÕâЩÎÊÌ⣬ÎÒҲû·¨»Ø´ð¡£ÎÄÕÂÆäËüµÄ¶¼»¹ºÃ£¬µ«»¹ÊDZ»¾ÜÁË£¬ÐÄÀïºÜÊÇ¿àÃÆ£¬ ÏÖÔÚÎÒÖ»ÄÜÇóÖúСľ³æÂÛ̳ Õ½ÓÑ£¡¸Ðл£¡£¡£¡ |
