各种科研战友给小弟一点帮助!

各位科研战友： 本人硕士在读，最近投了篇关于孕期母鼠暴露拟除虫菊酯（氰戊菊酯）对子代雄鼠的生殖和内分泌的毒性文章。 投的是一般的杂志，我在设计时候，只有一个剂量约1/4LD50，现在也没法去补实验。 附上审稿人意见如下：望各位战友提供建议和帮助 不胜感激： Reviewer #1: I have carefully read this manuscript describing the effects of maternal fenvalerate exposure during ?pregnancy on testicular development and spermatogenesis in mice male offspring. However, only one ?dose of fenvalerate (30 mg/kg) was tested without any reference index and there was no dose-response ?relationship. In addition, I see little scientific contribution in this manuscript. Under these conditions, I ?cannot recommend publication of this manuscript in TOXICOLOGY.? Reviewer #2 1. The authors used 30 mg/kg to dose the animals. However, they did not specify the rationale and how relevant the dose to epidemiologic exposure. 2.While the study focuses on male toxicity, it would strengthen this manuscript by presenting some data from female offspring, particularly those from the same dams. 关于这种农药的人群暴露剂量的流调资料我一直没找到，所以他们提的这些问题，我也没法回答。文章其它的都还好，但还是被拒了，心里很是苦闷， 现在我只能求助小木虫论坛 战友！感谢！！！ |
