重复率过高被拒，修改后还有必要再投此期刊吗 已有5人参与

Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Food Hydrocolloids. Unfortunately, after reviewing your paper I discovered that your submission shows Similarity scores of 28%. In this case, the overlap goes beyond the normal occurrence of standard phrases in your field. There are many sections which seem to be unoriginal, having appeared mostly in the following previously published work: Food Packaging and Shelf Life.Volume 22, December 2019, 100413 Food Hydrocolloids.Volume 75, February 2018, Pages 13-21 Your paper contains a significant amount of textual and findings overlap with the mentioned previously published works. Moreover, this prior work has not been cited in your submission. For this reason your paper cannot be considered for publication. It is the policy of Food Hydrocolloids to publish new and original work. Text copied from copyrighted works from third parties, even in an introduction, should never be used without clearly identifying the other source (either by quotations or indentations).
