Experimental nanophotonics in electron microscopes @ NTU Singapore
|
|
We are seeking talented, independent-minded and highly motivated postdocs (PhD) and research associates (Bachelor's or Master's) ready to hit the ground running in experimental research on nanophotonics in our cutting-edge electron microscopes. Our group explores novel phenomena and groundbreaking applications arising from free electron driven physics in nanophotonic systems. Our studies lie at the intersection from electron-photon interactions, nanomaterials and nonlinear optics. We are based at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore (新加坡南洋理工大学). Extra preference goes to applicants with a strong background in one or more of the following aspects: • Proficiency in operating electron sources, including SEMs, TEMs and time-resolved cathodoluminescence microscopes. • Nanophotonics; Nanomaterials • Laser-electron interactions; Ultrafast phenomena • Quantum electrodynamics • Nonlinear optics For more details of our research, visit our • LinkedIn: https://sg.linkedin.com/in/liang-jie-wong-795860193 About Nanyang Technological University (新加坡南洋理工大学): A research-intensive public university, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) has 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in the colleges of Engineering, Business, Science, and Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, and its Graduate College.
