拒绝审稿英文回复,这样写可以吗？

今天收到两封邮件,是国外SCI期刊发来的,要求我审稿.由于是第一次收到这样的邮件,请回怎么写拒绝审稿回复?有样版的虫友,麻烦给我发一份.谢谢. 这样写可以吗？ I am so sorry for not reviewing the paper. It is difficult for me to complete timely reviews. Lack of time is the principal factor. [ Last edited by piklet on 2009-7-17 at 15:40 ] |

我一般这样拒，呵呵 Dear Prof. xx: I have carefully reviewed the abstract of the manuscript"xxxxxxxxx". I am sorry that I am not familiar with the field of this manuscript. however, you said you could not find time. There are two opitions: 1: You do not give any answer to the editor. The editor will find another reviewer eventually when he cannot get your response. 2: If you want to write something to the editor, you can write it like: I am so sorry that I am off office until ... (the date). However, if my time is fine with the paper, I will send you my comments before .. (the date). The date you choose seems to be polite to reject. |
