Dear Mr. Peng:

You’ve indicated in our custom questions that you have cited unpublished work.  Before we proceed further with your manuscript, we need to verify you understand that checking unpublished work indicates that pertinent references are in press or unpublished for any reason. If this is the case, we ask that you furnish copies to enable Reviewers to evaluate your manuscript.

Please send us the cited unpublished work as an attachment to: eic@jpc.acs.org.  The material will be uploaded in the system as Supporting Information for Review Only.

If the corresponding author of the manuscript did not upload a completed and signed copyright form with your submission, the form is available at http://pubs.acs.org/copyright.  Authors can upload a completed, signed and scanned copy of the form with the revised manuscript, fax it to 202 354 5328, or e-mail it to pckb@jpc.acs.org.

We also request that the corresponding author send a Table of Contents (ToC) graphic as the Journal is now using ToC graphics for Articles as well as Letters. The illustration should capture the reader’s attention and, in conjunction with the manuscript title, should give a quick visual impression of the essence of the paper. The graphic should be in the form of a structure, graphical image, photograph, reaction scheme, or equation. The graphic should be 1.375 in. high and 3.5 in. wide (3.6 cm x 8.9 cm). Please be sure the type size within the graphic is legible.  Authors can upload the ToC graphic with the revised manuscript or e-mail it to pckb@jpc.acs.org.
