怎么更改Open Access status

最近投了一篇文章已经接受，但是最后审核的时候说我没有是否开放出版，原来的给的校核的账号和密码也用不了了，回复邮件对方好像收不到，过了一个星期又给我发了一个同样的邮件。 We are working on the changes now. I have a follow-up question: 1.
