求助单词release在涉及移植或手术流程时的正式or通常译法

最近在看专利文献的时候碰到了release这个词。 大意是说在进行胸腺细胞移植的过程中，在进行了release testing之后才能将培养物提供给手术室进行移植手术。 例句： TOM media is tested for sterility and endotoxin before release.
