求助单词release在涉及移植或手术流程时的正式or通常译法

最近在看专利文献的时候碰到了release这个词。 大意是说在进行胸腺细胞移植的过程中，在进行了release testing之后才能将培养物提供给手术室进行移植手术。 例句： TOM media is tested for sterility and endotoxin before release. Following review of the batch records and QC testing, the tissue is released from manufacturing and provided to the surgical team for transplantation.
