这样子的退稿到底是什么回事

如题，我的论文投出去一个星期之后就得到，如下的回复： After creating the online system for paper submissions, the flow of papers received keeps increasing. We get more than 2500 papers a year now. Consequently it is an editorial decision to return papers in some areas without processing in order to control the flow of papers although some of them are excellent ones. This letter is to notify you that we are returning your paper and we encourage you to submit it elsewhere. 这个到底是怎么回事呢？ |
